Irene Larroy has studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Barcelona and holds a postgraduate degree in PMD® Management from ESADE. She is specialized in R+D+I projects at a European level and has 19 years of experience with programmes such as Horizon Europe and its predecessors (Horizon 2020, FP7, FP6), Eureka-Eurostars, Innovation Fund and others, and as of recently, also Next Generation EU calls in Spain. She has founded and directed Aristos Innovation for 10 years. Since 2005, she is also an external expert advisor for the European Commission, as well as a reviewer for several programmes of the EC and its agencies. She is a coach for the European Innovation Council (EIC) since 2021 and has given trainings and courses on how to prepare successful proposals in many countries. Irene is known for her efforts to improve the transparency of the evaluation processes of the European programmes and their fairness, by preventing consultants evaluating their own clients’ proposals. 

Víctor Molina has studied Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), an MBA at the ESADE school, and an Executive Post Grad in Global Leader from IE Business School / University of Chicago. He has more than 30 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, processes and production in multinational sectors like Automotive, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Chemical. He developed and installed the first self-consumption Solar Cell Plants in Spain for a chemical industry, and the largest Industrial Solar Cell Plant in Catalonia and has developed Health, Safety and Environment Strategies at a multinational level for different companies with excellent success, including being the first ISO50.001-certified pharmaceutical company in Spain, or the most energy-efficient company, by reaching a reduction of 23% in just a few years. He is a known expert on energy efficiency in Spain and successfully manages tough challenges in any environment.
