Horizon Europe

The Horizon Europe is the traditional R&I framework programme of the European Union and its Associated Countries. With almost € 80 billion in non-refundable grants, the Horizon Europe programme is the largest ever. It will run from 2021 to 2027 and is organized around three pillars, the second pillar (global challenges and industrial competitiveness) being the most relevant in terms of ecological transition. In this pillar, 3 of the 6 major themes or clusters are directly related to ecological transition.

Horizon Europe is the European programme par excellence to finance R & D & I projects, but also the most competitive one thanks to the attractive intensity of the investment (between 70% and 100% of the project‘s costs). Although it includes some bottom-up calls, most of the budget is meant for calls built around very well-defined and specific topics. At t2m we specialize in clusters 4, 5 and 6.
